Daniel Sills Appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber

Broadway House Chambers is delighted to announce that Head of Immigration, Daniel Sills, has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

The Senior President of Tribunals, (the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder) has assigned Daniel to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 2nd March 2020.

Daniel was called to the Bar in 2011 and was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social and Entitlement Chamber in 2013.

Robin Slade, Senior Clerk said, “We are thrilled for Mr Sills to hear of this appointment. Our loss is the Immigration Bench’s gain. Everyone at Broadway House Chambers extends their best wishes for a successful career at the Bench”.
