Expertise
Nick’s practice encompasses all aspects of financial remedy proceedings including applications for financial provision for children under the Children Act 1989 Schedule 1. He is regularly instructed to advise prior to the issue of proceedings and is committed to alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
