Val joined Chambers in 1983 after having worked for 7 years in the Crown Court at Bradford.
Val’s duties include typing of Advices and pleadings and other confidential court documents. She is also in charge of organising mini-pupillages for students who are at university studying law and assists the Pupillage Committee with applications for full pupillage here at Broadway House Chambers. Val also assists Leah Taylor, Marketing Manager, in organising the many seminars/webinars which take place on a regular basis.
When not working Val enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, taking weekend road trips in the UK and holidaying in the sun.
