Broadway House Chambers is looking to recruit established practitioners with over 10 years’ experience to join our Civil and Employment teams.

Business, Property, and Probate Team: Specialises in TOLATA, Probate & Estates and Inheritance Act claims, Housing and Landlord & Tenant, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence, Commercial Law & Contract, Inquests, Chancery, Trusts & Wills.
Employment Law Team: Recommended by the Legal 500 UK for being “packed with talented counsel,” our team features barristers of every level of seniority, including a silk door tenant. The team handles a wide range of cases from unfair dismissal, wages, and discrimination claims to highly technical disputes including whistleblowing, equal pay, and TUPE. In the High Court, the team offers first-class representation in litigation involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants, the protection of confidential information, and injunction applications.
