Stephen Wood KC and Abdul Shakoor, were instructed by Yorkshire and Humberside CPS Complex casework Unit. All defendants were convicted of conspiracy to transfer a prohibited firearm. Gill and Moyo were also convicted of conspiracy to manufacture prohibited firearms, possession of ammunition without a certificate and two charges of having a prohibited weapon for sale or transfer.
Michelle Colborne KC and Laura McBride defended Majeeb Rehman who was convicted of conspiracy to transfer a prohibited firearm but was cleared of possessing ammunition without a certificate.
