Christopher Styles appears successfully in a life sentence case before the Court of Appeal

The appeal panel- led by Mrs Justice Andrews - commended the ‘excellent’ submissions made on behalf of the defendant and quashed a life sentence previously imposed at Bradford Crown Court.

The court ordered that the defendant serve a determinative sentence, with a significantly reduced custodial term.
