Fen Greatley-Hirsch appointed to join the Employment Law Association Junior Committee 2022-2024

Broadway House Chambers is delighted to announce that Fen Greatley-Hirsch has been appointed to join the Employment Law Association Junior Committee 2022-2024.

Fen was called to the Bar in 2018 and joined chambers as a tenant in 2020 after successful completion of pupillage under the supervision of Paul Smith. He is a member of the Government Legal Department’s Junior Panel and regularly advises clients on prospective claims and assists in settlement negotiations.

Over the past few years Fen has appeared in a number of high-profile cases, including successfully representing a disabled teacher who was unfairly dismissed and discriminated against leading to a six-figure award (Davin v The Governing Body of District CE Primary School and St Helen’s Borough Council, 2410971/2019), and successfully defending claims brought by an employee (Smith v Full Circle Irrigation, 1803173/2021).
