John Myers Announces his Retirement
After being admitted as a solicitor in 1978 and being called to the Bar in 2007, John Myers has officially announced his retirement.
In 1993, John was one of the two founding partners of Jones Myers, which quickly established itself as one of the region’s top performing Family Law Solicitors firm.
For over 35 years, John’s exclusive focus has been on achieving outcomes for children, and helping parents through the difficult process of making arrangements for their children post-separation.
John’s Clerk of 15 years Rebecca Clayton said, “John has been fantastic to clerk over the last 15 years, not only is he a great Advocate but he has been very supportive and an instrumental part of my own career. I wish him a very happy retirement golfing!”
Head of the Family Law Team, Robert Cole said, “John has always adopted a calm, approachable manner but has been a formidable advocate. Although his time at Broadway House Chambers has been limited since moving from Zenith, I salute his work, his career and the contribution he has made to this field of law over many years. His advice, support and presence will be missed.”
We wish John a long, healthy and very happy retirement.
