Stephen Wood KC and Clare Walsh Successfully Prosecute Defendants Found Guilty of Murder, Manslaughter and Perverting the Course of Justice
Instructed by Yorkshire and Humberside CPS, Stephen Wood KC and Clare Walsh have successfully prosecuted defendants for Murder, Manslaughter and Perverting the Course of Justice.
Kian Feve was found guilty of murdering Jack Howes in Grimsby. The second defendant Robert Wattam, was convicted of manslaughter, while a third defendant, 55-year-old Darren Feve, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice.
The three men convicted by the jury are due to be sentenced on 8th January 2024.
