Gerald Hendron Successfully Prosecutes Courtney Mulchrone

Mr. Hendron successfully secured a conviction against a 27-year-old woman for Section 18 wounding with intent.

The defendant stabbed her boyfriend in the stomach with a kitchen knife after a night out in Leeds, during which he left her to find her own way home. The stabbing caused life-threatening injuries to the victim.

The Recorder of Bradford remanded the defendant into custody and warned her to expect a substantial custodial sentence. Mulchrone will be sentenced in April 2025.
