Jenna represented a Father at a composite Finding of Fact and Final Hearing. The Father faced serious allegations of physical abuse of one of the subject children. The findings were dismissed in their entirety.

Jenna persuaded the Judge to order unsupervised overnight contact including half of the school holidays despite a professional recommendation for supervised contact even in the event that the findings were dismissed.
