Susie Sanders Represents Mother in Application to Terminate Fathers Parental Responsibility
Susie Sanders, instructed by Jaynie Broughton of Ramsdens solicitors, was successful in an application to terminate a father's parental responsibility. This unusual application was made following the father's conviction for coercive and controlling behaviour and rape of the mother.
