R v B (2024) (Operation Recall) Prosecution - Three historical rapes 1997/1998 - one deceased complainant one without capacity) - D pleaded guilty after successful hearsay argument lasting three days.
R v P (2024) Prosecution - Sexual activity with a child - D asserts unfit - unsuccessful. Then advances insanity - two psychiatrists cross-examined. Guilty verdicts.
R v S (2022) – Prosecution - Prosecuted child charged with rape offences, who sought to argue fitness to plead which was successfully resisted.
