Michelle Colborne KC Defends Client Acquitted of Murder

Michelle Colborne KC defended this very sensitive and distressing case at Bradford Crown Court.

The defendant was acquitted of the murder of his brother, having admitted killing him during a fight.

He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.
